Do you have a minimum booking?Yes, we have a minimum booking of 2 hours per visit.
Do you supply anything?Yes! We supply all products and equipment. We bring everything with us and we take it away again when we are finished. If you would like us to use anything in particular for example a certain cleaning product or your own mop/hoover etc then we are happy to do this if you supply it for us. Just let us know in advance which products/equipment you would like us to use and where it is so know where to get it from.
Are you Eco friendly?Yes, we try to be whenever we can. We try to be paperless when possible meaning that we email staff rotas/wageslips rather than printing. We will email paperwork to you rather than print it off so you can email it back. The info you send us will then be held in relation to GPDR rules and regulations.
Do you offer no obligation quotes?Absolutely! Please get in touch with us at anytime and we will come and visit you at a time that suits you. No obligation at all, we will come and have a chat about your needs, what you are looking for and how we can help. We will then let you know how much it will cost as well as days and times we have available. Once wew have given you all the information you need to have a think. We accept bank transfer and direct debit, We can send monthly invoices for our services or you can set up a standing order.

We have a strict full 7 days notice for any cancellations, any cancellations within 7 days will be charged in full.
